Hartford Life Insurance Company rules that the firm’s clients, persons whose lives were insured by policies of corporate owned life insurance (“COLI”), stated a claim against Hartford for misappropriation of their personal information, including their name, date of birth, sex, and Social Security number.  Read the court’s opinion.
